JJCSM Payment Terms & Conditions
By proceeding with the payment for a course offered by Jan Jan Computer Saksharata Mission (JJCSM), you agree to the following terms:
1. Payment Authorization:
You authorize JJCSM (via our payment gateway partner) to charge the full amount of the selected course fee to your chosen payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, etc.).
2. Fees and Pricing:
All course fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). JJCSM reserves the right to correct any pricing errors or typos. The fee is non-negotiable and must be paid in full to complete your enrollment, unless a specific installment plan has been officially offered and agreed upon in writing.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy:
- Course Cancellation by JJCSM: In the unlikely event that JJCSM cancels a course, you will be entitled to a full 100% refund of the paid fees. The refund will be processed to the original source of payment within 15 business days.
- Student Cancellation/Withdrawal: Refund requests for student-initiated cancellations will be handled as per the institutional refund policy outlined in the main Terms & Conditions. Please refer to that document for details. Generally, fees are not refundable once a course has commenced, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the management.
4. Transaction Disputes:
In case of a failed transaction where money was debited from your account, please contact our support team at [Insert Support Email/Phone] with your transaction ID. Do not attempt a duplicate payment. We will investigate and confirm the status within 3-5 business days.
5. Prohibited Use:
You agree not to use the payment gateway for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.

2.2 Comprehensive Institutional Terms & Conditions
These are the general rules of engagement for students enrolling in JJCSM.
JJCSM Institutional Terms & Conditions
1. Enrollment and Admission
- Admission to any course at JJCSM is subject to the fulfillment of the eligibility criteria specified for that course.
- Submission of an application form does not guarantee enrollment. JJCSM reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
- All information provided during enrollment must be accurate and complete. Provision of false information may lead to cancellation of admission.
2. Fee Payment
- Course fees must be paid in full as per the stipulated deadlines to secure admission.
- Fees are non-transferable between students or courses unless explicitly permitted by the management.
3. Refund Policy
- Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the institute's office.
- If a student withdraws before the commencement of the course, a refund may be granted after deducting a nominal administrative charge (e.g., 10-15% of the course fee).
- Once the course has commenced, fees are generally non-refundable. No refund will be provided for students who are expelled due to disciplinary reasons or voluntary withdrawal after the course start date.
- The management reserves the right to review refund requests in cases of medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances.
4. Student Conduct and Discipline
- Students are expected to maintain a high standard of discipline and decorum within the institute premises.
- Any form of ragging, bullying, or misconduct will lead to immediate expulsion without any refund.
- Students must attend classes regularly and complete all assigned projects and examinations.
5. Course Content and Certification
- JJCSM reserves the right to modify the course curriculum, schedule, and faculty as deemed necessary.
- The issuance of a certificate is subject to the successful completion of the course, including passing all required examinations and fulfilling the attendance criteria.
6. Limitation of Liability
- JJCSM shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a student's participation in the course.
- While JJCSM may provide placement assistance, it does not guarantee a job to any student upon course completion.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
8. Amendments
JJCSM reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our website or notice board.
